Face the Sun – Polarized Sunglasses for the Beach
It always gets a bit tricky when trying to buy sunglasses for the beach volleyball court. Since you are going to use them in the sand while jumping and digging, you probably don’t want to use your rather expensive pair of Oakleys or Ray-Bans. But you still want to have well-fitting, comfortable and polarized sunglasses to wear at the beach. So what are the best polarized sunglasses for beach volleyball?
Full protection without distorting colors
We came across the S1 Sport Polarized Sunglasses by Hulislem. And what we really found convincing are the polarized lenses that keep your eyes protected from the sun but at the same time do not distort the natural colors. They provide full UV protection and it still feels like not looking through sunglasses at all.
The glasses are very lightweight and therefore quite comfortable to wear. And although they come as one-size-fits-all, they prove to also be stable when moving or jumping quickly.
As a nice add-on, the Hulislem sunglasses ship with a hard case and a lens cleaning cloth. So when you are using them at the beach, you can easily protect and clean them.
Depending on your taste in colors, you can choose between several options in blue, grey and black and they can be worn by both men and women.
What do you have to keep in mind?
Well yes, the design is not as elaborated a with an expensive brand but come on, it’s for playing beach volleyball. Only thing you need to know is that the nosepad is fixed and not really adjustable. When we tried them that wasn’t a problem but probably you will need to test it for yourself.
Our overall rating for the Hulislem S1 Sport Polarized Sunglasses is therefore 9 out of 10 with minor deductions for the design. Try them and let us know your rating in the comment section.
